    Sharks don't get cancer either, so scientists back in the 90's thought shark cartilage might help. I even tried it, I admit. Despite all the hype, it did nothing, was expensive as hell and just managed to desimate the shark population. Hopefully, the difference here lies in the fact that the rat's a mammal......hopefully....but with a great deal of skepticism on my part.
