Just ran across this study that indicated various dietary factors can impact breast density:

I did reduce my calorie intake some years ago as well as increase my olive oil consumption. My mammos showed my breast images changing from very white (extremely dense) to very dark, which I attributed to Femara. But maybe it is all 3.  A 1 percent decline in breast density can mean a 2 percent decline in breast cancer risk according to this article (with more on olive oil):
