2cm hard lump

Hi there, my dr has found a 2cm hard lump between my breast and armpit. She has said there is no infection due to looking at the area. The only symptoms I can add is a cold feeling in my shoulder and pain in my upper back shoulder blade if that makes sense. I'm 36 and have children I am a little concerned I'm waiting for an appointment with the breast clinic.
