just got back from mu surgeon's visit, and have my first consultation with my Oncologist tomorrow.  I had my power port installed last Friday.  One last biopsy on Friday, to check out the 4mm lump that shows on MRI but not PET/PEM that is on the opposite side of my breast,  then it looks like we're on for neoadjuvent chemo featuring Taxatere, Cytoxin, Herceptin and Perjeta!!  (TCHP Girl!)

Two rounds, then surgeon wants a check to see if my 5+ cm tumor is shrinking.  If not, I get mastectomy, then continue chemo after.  If yes, continue chemo, then lumpectomy and rads with continued Herceptin for a year.  I will be glad to finally get the show on the road!

Yes, you actually feel huge relief once the treatment actually starts.  After all the waiting and tests, you are then fighting back!
