What does % cellularity mean on our pathology report?

I don't think I have that on my report so can't answer your question. Perhaps others can help.

I am not sure about this, but I think cellularity it the amount of cells that are cancerous in a given area. I also think (again this is a guess) that it is used when neoadjuvant treatment has been given before surgery - they can measure the 'bed' of the tumor and then the cellularity measurement of what was left in that tumor bed gives a good estimation of how well the neoadjuvant treatment worked. Again, this is just a guess.
