swollen nipple

hi, i came away from these sites a couple of months ago as i needed to get away from cancer, now im a bit worried about some swelling that has come up in my nipple a couple of times and so im realising that i cant just 'get away' from cancer...

has anyone else experienced nipple swelling, could it be the start of lymphodema? any advice on what i should do?

    Helen, I'm bumping this because no one has responded, hoping for some insights from others in this forum. 

    Breast lymphedema certainly can develop after BC treatment. I'm not familiar with nipple swelling as a sign of it, but perhaps others have had that experience. In any case, it sure sounds like something you'd want to get checked out.

    I'm so sorry you're having to worry about yet one more BC-related issue.  'Getting away' from it is everyone's wish, for sure.
