Oncotype DX results 23 should I have chemo

I had a Oncotype DX result of 23. I am 51 years old and have been very healthy until this year 2013.  My cancer was only 8mm  PR positive and ER and HER-2 negative.  My lymph nodes (4 removed) negative and margin negative. My Ki-67 was high at 25%.  I will do Tamoxifen for 5 years and radiation but I am not sure if the chemo would help.  They say with the surgery and hormone therapy and radiation I would be at 85% chance my cancer would not come back.  If I do the chemo I would be at about 90%-92%.  I am so worried about chemo damaging other parts of my body.  My doctor said I would do 4 treatments of Cyclphosphamide and Docetaxel. I just need advise.  I am leaning toward the chemo due to having thyroid cancer and thyroid removed three months before the breast cancer.  They tell me they have nothing to do with each other.  My thyroid cancer was very small and I did not have to have radio active iodion. Looking at the B-20 test that started the TRAILORX test it place the people between Oncotype score 11-25 just hormone 95% chance of coming back and when they added the chemo it went down to 94%.

Statistics are helpful but do not predict your future specifically. That being said, your youth (!) and relative good health would cause me to go for an aggressive approach now in order to avoid any regrets later. Congratulations on the small size of the lesion and having clear nodes, also getting through thyroid cancer: you've had quite a time the past few months...

With TC x 4, side effects can be managed - some people even work throughout. I iced my fingers during the infusions and have no neuropathy. Ask for a second opinion if you need more help in making this decision.
