Standards of pathology in mastectomy

Hi, to the experts here:

After a mastectomy, is it standard and OK to not do any immunostaining at all? Even if 

LCIS, papilloma structures are found, etc etc.

I had no idea about the lowgrade and high grade LCIS etc or pleomorphic LCIS
