Initial mammo and ultra sound clear, now spot

Had two punch biopsies and a needle all at once last Thursday; please note the reason I went is 45 days ago developed the orange peel look with throbbing and itch and after thirty days my gyro thought it was worse, after 10 days of antibiotic. Note MRI showed sheathing but nothing extraordinary - should I be worried? Results were to be delivered at this time, it is obvious I will not have them for a few more days - has anyone else had initial tests clear?
