Arms Sores

Just curious if anyone else gets arm sores.  I have been dealing with LE since 10-2010., wrapping everyday.   And just recently my arm near my wrist keeps getting sores - i am sure they are only ingrown hairs as I have always had hairy arms - so I put antibiotic cream on them and bandaids before LE wrap.     What if anything does anyone do about the ingrown hair thing?

Have no help for you but thought I'd post to bump it up.

I don't wrap but keep my LE managed with my day garments, night garment and FlexiTouch.
