Tingling Arm going to "sleep" more and more post surgeries

I'm not sure where to post this. I've had lumpectomy, rads and bmx with recon. All healed up, but I'm discovering more and more now that the affected side arm is going to sleep at night even though it's not over my head. It goes to still down at my side and when I lie on it even a bit. Any advice or suggestions?  I'm doing well otherwise, no LED, great range of motion, no loss of movement or anything.  What's going on?

Claire it sounds like you are pinching a nerve in your neck or shoulder when you lay down.  You may need to mention it to your doc when you next see him/her.  Hope you get it sorted quickly.
