yoga during radiation

I am going through radiation...My body is so tight on the left (where I have  my rads) that I hurt my neck and shoulder.

I heard that youga help. How can I found which youga is good for my current stuation. I meant is there any web site or CD

Any information will be helpfull.

    Yes, yoga can be helpful.  Many yoga classes will let you go at your own pace.  Any gentle stretching might be helpful.  Some hospitals have yoga for cancer patients.  You might also benefit from physical therapy.  I saw a Lymphedema physical therapist for swelling but was also treated for scar tissue and it improved movement.  I think physical therapy should be offered to all who have had surgery and radiation.  You will probably need to finish radiation first and be sure to find a therapist who knows about cancer issues.
