Survived but stuck!!

I think my biggest problem right now is being burned out at work. After fighting for my life, it is really hard to care about people whining about playing games on their phone or taking over customers after 1st level reps have made a mess out of things. I just want to scream at them! I was already quite tired of my job before this, now it is a struggle to turn my computer on every day. 

I cycle through this every so often. I just need to find a lateral or upward direction at work to take to get me away from direct customer contact. I have been in the customer service game my entire adult life. What I wouldn't give to work in some dark basement somewhere that no one ever visits, just plugging data into spread sheets or something!!
