Are these IBC symptoms?

Alright so I've been noticing some changes in my breasts here lately . Such as breast pain,slight itchiness and light red rash that covers probably 2/3 of my breast. The rash starts from my nipple and works its way out it almost looks like my breast is bruised too. I cant really tell if its hot or not , during the winter I have cold hands like all the time. I started noticing the rash a couple of weeks ago and now its pretty noticeable. I have pretty small breast and am fairly petite so I don't think the rash is from my breast sweating. I've also been feeling unusually exhausted. So I'm just needing some advice as to if I should get this checked out. On another interesting note I'm only 20 years old so any advice would be much appriciated!

Sorry you are worried. Even if it is unlikely to be cancer, it is always good to get an examination with your doctor, to get peace of mind.

Definitely get in and get seen.  It will be worth it for the peace of mind. 

My IBC started out as a small rash, about the size of a half dollar on my right breast. No other symptoms, though in retrospect the breast was 'itchy'.  The rash doubled in size over just a couple of weeks and didn't seem to be a typical heat rash (it was the middle of the summer) and that alarmed me enough to get seen.
