Anybody have chemo work after going off Taxol

I had my 11th Taxol today and my local oncologist said he feels no change in the last 4 weeks so wants to forget the last Taxol and go ahead and start FAC next week. 6 weeks ago my oncologist at MD Anderson was extremely happy with my progress on Taxol. Now I am freakng out. I was already having a lot if anxiety from reading the prognosis. For stage III threads but if FAC doesn't work, then what?
