First MO visit since the inital post bmx...questions for him?

Hi ladies- my bmx was August 23, Ive been on anastrazole, no radiation, my oncotype score is a 2, so no chemo. I go next week back to the MO for my first appointment after seeing him back after surgery, and the onco score was in.

I have a list of some questions going, like how often do I need to get tested in the future, and what tests, etc...but thought Id see what other questions I should write down to ask during a first post initial, visit?
