My sister just had a recurrence on the chest wall.

Her original cancer was IDC Stage 1 about 5.5 yrs ago. Her tumor was posterior near the chest wall. She found a lump and they biopsied it and it was a recurrence. My concern is that even though her nodes were negative her skin was invaded by the cancer. It is a very aggressive fast growing cancer. Mitotic score 3 but both times nodes were negative. Does anyone know what they recommend in a case like this? Her oncologist says rare for it to be in the skin without being metastatic. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
