    Oceana- I totally get what you are saying!  Nobody else in my house is awake yet this early morning, but I can't sleep because my neck has been hurting so bad for a couple of weeks....so is it "paranoia" to wonder if it is that devil sneaking up on me?  I, too, am four years out.  I am so afraid of leaving my kids (10 and 9) without a mama!
