TREATMENT FOR MICROINVASIVE BREAT CANCER WITH MICROMETS IN NODE

Hi Folks,
I was recently diagnosed with DCIS with Micro Invasive, 1 Lymph Node carries cancer (+) 0.6mm, HER2 (-), ER (+), PR (+)...Is there anyone else has the same as mine? I am wondering what is the proper treatment for my case? I am very confused now. Please kindly advise your suggestion ASAP
