"blasts" in blood tests?

Has anyone had blasts show up in their blood results during chemo?
I was going through last years chemo blood test results (the lab emails me results) because I'm dealing with bone issues right now and just had more bloodwork done. I noticed some tests were more thorough than others- and I noticed high numbers of blasts in 2 tests.
Googling it only results in things for leukemia and MDS. My blood work now is a little wonky (that 1 year check up is here) and I'm trying not to diagnose anything on my own- just scared. Would blasts show up during chemo that didn't mean anything?
