Pre-treatment questions for MO

I have, from sterotactic biopsy only so far, low-grade <1 cent. DCIS ER+ PR+.  Saw surgeon; her advice is the standard treatment.  Lumpectomy, rads, drugs.  A "we will be doing this" attitude, though clearly, she's nice, and probably good.  Too tight for me, right from the get-go.  So, requested to see MO, that's tomorrow.  Maybe my only visit with MO pre-treatment, so can anyone tell me the right questions to ask?  I have pages of notes, and need to get it down to the most important questions.  Is she the one to ask about/ask for certain things to be tested in my lumpectomy pathology.? If so, what are those things, so I'll have the best chance of my pathology telling me my personal cance of recurrance, etc?  Is she the one to ask about variations in accepting/not accepting various treatments?  Appreciate any advice about how to best use this appt.  Thanks.
