HELP! Concerned about IBC recurrence-- Does skin have to be red?

I recently finished treatment (chemo, 5 cm tumor removed, full axillary clearance, Skin sparing Mastectomy, Diep Reconstruction, and radiotherapy) for IBC Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I am concerned that I have had a recurrence so wanted to find out if anyone else has had a recurrence or IBC with all IBC symptoms except for redness. Skin is dimpled, warm to the touch, thick, enlarged pores covering 1/3 of breast. It essentially looks identical to when I was initially diagnosed except it is not very red.

I am seeing new doctors since I have moved and they are blaming my skin changes on the radiation but I don't think they have a good grasp of what IBC is. I finished radiation 4 months ago with almost no skin reaction other than warmth/redness/tenderness. Two months after I finished radiation is when the skin changes appeared. It seems to be getting worse. I've had an MRI & CT scan which show a fat necrosis on the opposite side of the breast.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
