Having BC & very young children

I was very recently diagnosed with IDC. Which is all I really know at this point.

I have a 4 year old and 5 month old. And I am wondering how in the world am I still going to be able to take care of them. I was only 4 months into my maternity leave when I found my lump. My maternity leave ends in May. Which at that point I'll probably have to go on disability.

My 4 year old goes to school full time. I'm a little more worried about my 5 month old. Just this past month he was waking up every hour to 2 hours during the night plus not napping during the day.

I know this is just the begining! My first son didn't sleep completley through the night until he was almost 2.

I can't wrap my head around how I will care for them.I know pretty much everyone else will be helping me with it all but it makes me so angry I can't take of my baby while I'm on MY maternity leave.

I'm also worried if something were to happen to me my youngest son wouldn't even know who I am. It just breaks my heart.

How do/did you ladies cope with this?

and because they're my world here is the 2 boys I'm talking about. My pride and joy!
