chemo needed for Her2+?

I am a breast cancer survivor and am now trying to help my aunt with her new diagnosis. I was Her2- and don't know much about treatment for Her2+. My aunt was just diagnosed with DCIS with an invasive tumor that is stage 1, grade 2, 0.5cm, ER/PR+, Her2+, sentinel node was negative. With only the DCIS she was going to to lumpectomy and radiation. Now with the invasive cancer found I'm wondering if chemo will be needed in this situation? As you can tell we have a strong family history of breast/ovarian cancer. Of course we will get advise from her MO once she finds one but for now does anybody have experience with a similar diagnosis? What were your treatment options and what did you choose?
