Testing for more cancers. Scared

I'm hoping someone can offer me any sort of information what so ever here

I just went in to meet my oncologist, thinkig the worst news is over, however, they just told me that my pathology test is different so they want to test me in fear that the cancer started somewhere else and spread to my right breast.

I'm so scared. Has this happened to anyone? I don't know what to think.

I know I have to be positive but I just can't. I'm trying to find the positivity but it's just so hard. I don't know how to find it.

Hi Grk1732 - I'm so sorry for the additional testing. I'm afraid I can't be of any help with that except to say be sure to get a second opinion on the pathology if you feel you need to. Take it a step at a time. Ask for anti-anxiety meds if you need them. You don't need to be positive, just be. Feel what you need to feel. How are you sleeping? Do you need something to help with that? Also maybe a long walk or a jog would be helpful to get the endorphins going.

You are much too young to have to deal with all this. I'm so sorry. Please come back here often for love and support. We have all been terrified like you are now.  Keep in touch and let us know how you're doing. Hugs.

I'm high stressed to begin with so this isn't helping my stress level. Nothing seems to work. I am so exhausted by the time the night comes that I pass out and don't wake up all night.

They said my tumor is large and aggressive after my MRI but before that the surgeon said its small and stage 1. I'm starting to think that they are upping the stage and that scares the hell out of me.
