This is from biopsy. Should have definitive diagnosis after surgery on 10/29. Tumor showed as 1.6 cm on mammo/US and 3.7 on MRI. BS thinks the change is from inflammation after the biopsy. Have one node involved at this time. ER+ PR+ HER2+ Will be having lumpectomy and SLNB. May lose more than the one node depending on what is found. If clear margins are not found, will need mastectomy. Small breasts. Will be asking for BMX, the more I learn about ILC, the more I want them gone. Will be facing chemo, rads, tamoxifen and herceptin through this next year.

    PET scan results are good. Shows the tumor as 2.2 cm (will know actual size once it is out and has final path) shows slight SUV on 3 other nodes besides the one we are already aware of. (2.6, 2.6 and 3.7) Found one ovarian cyst (benign, no uptake) one complex cystic mass with SUV 2.7. Will get US to look at it better. Everything else is clear.
