What does this mean? Path report...

So I got my final path report on my biopsy and there was an addendum with my hormone receptor status. and other info.

The part that I am not clear on is the part where it says "histologic type" it says "ductal carcimona in situ classified as tis DCIS or tis Pagets."

Is this indicating that there is Pagets present?

My doctor did not mention anything about Pagets. I have had unbearable itching and rash for probably two years now. I asked my gyno today about it, and he said the itching was unrelated and to keep using cortisone. The rash improves but never goes away and always apprears in the same spots. It never fully resolves. I didn't mention this part of the path report to him because I did not have the addendum part that included this info when I went in this morning. I also did not discuss it with my surgeon this afternoon, because I did not read it until I got home, but she never mentioned it. Should I call to clarify? Has anyone else had this in their report? If so, what does it mean?

Thank you!!!!
