Rash since April 2013 - off Arimidex since July 2013

I was diagnosed with HER2+ bc on Oct. 20, 2011. I had a lumpectomy in December 2011, Radiation therapy in Spring 2012, Complete Hysterectomy in Summer 2012. Started Arimidex in Summer 2012. Severe rash started in April 2013. Went off Arimidex in July 2013 and rash improved 75%. Still have rash, three months after stopping Arimidex. Have a 'script for Aromasin but have not started it yet. Have had two skin biopsies and conclusion is I have a drug rash. Scared to death to take another anti-cancer drug as my rash was "the worst drug rash I've ever seen," according to my oncologist. No ordinary rash, I assure you or I would not be complaining. Scared to death NOT to be on an anti-cancer med for obvious reasons. Feel like doctors are no help (oncologist, internist, radiation oncologist, two dermatologists, and breast surgeon all seen in last six months). Now my bilirubin count is elevated and I'm beginning to wonder if my liver has been damaged bc of the arimidex. Liver disease also can cause rash.

Anyone with similar experiences?
