How to get accurate IBC diagnosis in LA area

My general doctor is away on vacation, although not likely he's ever seen IBC anyhow or would know what to look for. I'm not really sure what to do. Should I call Revlon/Breast Cancer at UCLA and just ask for an appointment? They're not an IBC center but I'm assuming they can diagnose? I want a biopsy asap. I'd really appreciate advice...also...any referral to a specific doctor at Revlon/UCLA...

If anyone is in Los Angeles, go to the UCLA Revlon Breast Center.

I am going there next week to find out what's going on with my breasts and to have a diagnostic mammogram.
