Pregnant with invasive ductal carcinoma, surgery options?

hi, about 2 weeks ago I got the above diagnosis. I was due for surgery today but learned yesterday that I am now also pregnant. My tumor is grade 2 and appears to be stage 1 according to my initial pathology report. I am also triple positive (estrogen, progesterone and her2).

I plan to terminate the pregnancy but because the pregnancy is so early I have to wait a couple more weeks before I can get an mva (manual vacuum aspiration). My hospital, Sloan does not have an ob department and therefore will not perform the surgery on me while I am pregnant. What risk am I taking by delaying the surgery at least 3 weeks? Also, has anyone else experienced a similar combination of circumstances. What advice can you offer me?
