IDC HER2NUE +radiation to node under my sternum?

I hada n excleenet responst to Chemo and surgery -I'm now extremely concerned about radiation. I was expecting pinpoint radiation to the breast, which i'm fine with. Radiologist says she wants to radiate the node located under the sternum in my chest and one at the base of my neck. Since there is a higher risk for addition cancer and heart damage, bone damage, and i could lose my thyroid function completely I'm not sure this is the right thing for me. THIS node was not showing up on the MRI at all AFTER chemo but showed up before Chemo. During surgery 1 of 12 nodes removed had a miniscule amount of cancer so small that they could not do a path report.The risks she is mentioning are very serious to me. My Surgeon says Its VERY likely that I am completley cancer free becuase of my response to chemo, but may not be not a chance worth taking to skip rads in node under sternum. I'm wonder ing What are the chancesthat the node under the sternum is affected? IS it worth the risk of more cancer ? ANy one been through this?
