Itching

Has anyone experienced major itching on the breast the received chemo / radiation? I ended radiation 6 months ago. My breast itches all over like crazy! I've tried eczema cream and nystatin cream. Nothing helps. I have sort of ridges there now too. Anybody have any ideas? I see my oncologist for my follow up from my year out CT scan in 2 weeks. Trying to hold out until then. May have to try and move that appointment up.
