symptoms after 5yrs of tomaxefin

Hello everyone I was diagnosed with DCIS HR postitive over five years ago and have stopped my Tamoxefin and have noticed symptoms but dont know if it is related or if I am just being paranoid.

The symptoms I have been having is that my right breast in which I had the cancer seems to be shrinking or my left breast is getting larger. After radiation I noticed a slight change in the size of my right breast but now it seems to be more noticable. Whether it is from the right one shrinking or the large one getting larger because something is goin with that one. I was told with DCIS that most often the cancer moves to the opposite site it started on so I am kind of worried. The only other symptom is that periodically I will have a sharp tingling feeling in the left breast. Anyone have these symptoms and know if I should be concerned?
