Pain a year after surgery - should I be concerned?

I had a double mastectomy in June of 2012 and completed my tissue expander reconstruction with implants in September 2012.  I am having pain and "full" feeling.  I really can't think of a better way to describe it.  It right in the same area of my biopsy.  I did have 2 lymphnodes removed on that side and have had a little but of that "full" feeling for the entire year, but this just seems a little different.  I am having my implants replace in a month.  I don't know if I should just wait to see if the Plastic Surgeon sees anything or call and have it checked out before hand.  I had a mamogram(ouch) a few months ago and they said all was fine.  Any suggestions?  Everything new is a little concerning now.
