Tender thick area under armpit

I posted some of this in a different area and now I think this is maybe a better spot? I'm almost 11 months out from my diagnosis of dcis. I had a bmx with NO further treatment. The dcis was high grade and aggressive.



Tonight while putting on deodorant I noticed a tender, thick area on the upper part of my armpit. It is noticeably swollen to the eye. I called my doctor and am trying to get a quicker appointment.



Trying hard not to think the worst. I had stage 0 dcis so I know it can't spread.



So scared and confused and wondering what bs will do.
