Weird symptoms 2 years post surgery. Anyone Else?

I am almost 2 years post lumpectomy. I did not have to have Chemo but did do 6 weeks radiation. This weekend on my right arm ( side of surgery) I started having pain from my armpit to my wrist along my main artery down the center of the inside of my arm. It hurts to reach out for something and sometimes just throbs. Has anyone else had this? Should I notify my Doctor? Don't want to assume it is BC related of it is not likely.
