how is your experience with memorial sloan kettering (MSK)

Hi.  could somebody recommend a really good, caring thorough medical oncologist in the New York New Jersey or Pennsylvania Area.  I had my surgery at MSK (main campus) and radiation (long island) there as well.  My experience has been decent. My oncologist is non-sloan affiliated and a friend of the family.  I didn't have too much too time to shop around because i had an agressive tumor and it is growing pretty rapidly.  I want to start chemo asap.  I had chemo first, surgery, then radiation.  while my MO is good I don't like the idea of going to someone who is a family friend.  I would like somebody objective, thorough and is not condescending who is into integretive care. 

I have been reading online reviews and I see mixed reviews.  Some people love their experience and others have had a horrible experience there.  Looking for really thorough medical oncologist who is has expertise in hormone negative cancer and for whom you are not just a case but a real person with a desire to beat this disease.  

Please give your honest feedback about Memorial Sloan, and recommendations for a really good medical oncologist.
