Satellite nodules/tumors

Any info on satellite tumors is appreciated. I am wondering if they are usually the same make up as the primary tumor? I just received all if my reports and am showing that I have 1 satellite tumor 8 mm from the primary tumor. I am being treated for the pathology of the primary tumor. Anyone else in this situation?
