Weird dimple line

Has anyone experienced a dimpling effect from rads? I am 9 months out from my last treatment, and when I raise my arm I see a line along the side of my breast that I don't ever remember seeing before. It looks almost like a long scar along the side of my boob, but only visible when I raise my arm. Any ideas what this is?
