Found lump 3 months after mammogram

I am assuming the lump I found is probably just a cyst.  In May I saw my Dr and she aspirated a cyst in my right breast & also gave me a full exam. In June I had my mammogram and it was the FIRST one in years that came back completely fine.  (I've never had BC, but have had MRI's and and 1 MRI guided biopsy)  Fast forward to last night and I had pain when sleeping on my left side.  I felt my breast and there is a definite lump, probably the size of a walnut. It's painful to the touch. It's also moveable. Because of all of those reasons, I am assuming it's just a cyst. 

I planned on waiting a couple cycles to see if it went away on its own. What I wanted to know those, is has anyone else had a cyst that showed up so quickly?

Breasts can be such a pain in the a$$!!!!

If it doesn't go down some after your cycle you should probably get it checked, especially since your Mom had cancer, but yeah, it is probably another cyst.



The nurse navigator at my gyn onc clinic laughs that we should be able to just get rid of all our lady parts when we don't need them anymore. Then again, she sees bad stuff on a daily basis.
