No Libido -- Need Help getting my Mojo back!

Options

I know others have posted on the same topic, but I am looking for any suggestions on how you got your Libido / Mojo back?  I have no sexual libido whatsoever and would like to be able to work on getting it back.  I am 46 years old, married for 21 years.  I just want to be able to enjoy being with my husband sexually and would like actually have some kind of sexual urges (I have none).  I am still attracted to my husband and in love so he is not the problem - it is all me.  Please help!  Thank you :)

If this wasn't a problem before for you it could be hormonal. It might be worth a chat with your GYN.

Hi Scrapmom,I hear you!I'm not on hormonal treatment yet(tamoxifen)doing the the taxol part of chemo now.I force myself to have sex alot of the time(second marriage of 3 yrs).My hubby jokes that if i leave the wig on to bed,he's getting lucky.Mojo is history channel.I feel good about my lumpectomy(it looks fine)i've lost weight on the chemo diet,so it's not body image.I'm not sick all the time,so what's the prob?I quess it's me then, though i have to say my hubby has been very overprotective(overcontrolling?)It could be I'm not attracted to being fussed over to much? Not working now, feeling vulnerable, maybe that's it.The whole thing is confusing,I want him around but when he is he's annoying.Another side effect of this cancer, one though I think is more difficult because it deals with untangibles.Angela
