High Def Ultrasound?

Not sure if I am posting in the right forum. If not let me know and I will move it. I have very densed breast. Mamo did not find my lump the first time, so my onco is planning for me to have 3D ultrasound for my yearly screening instead of mammo. Anyone has this done? If so, kindly share your thought on it.
