Different chemo therapies in Europe and USA?

Hope you are well. Is there anywhere I and other newbies can read about the latest info. of trials or newer protocolls

for chemo medecine? I understand MD A, and other places have newer trial testing. Read about it on internet, but it seems Europe is way after, and has rigid rules.  I did q quick crash course, and have been investigated by a state centre, very small with oncologists, not breast surgeons. They missed a 4 cm lump.....

U.S. protocol is all written up in the NCCN Treatment Guidelines.  There is a patient's version, but the Professional version provides much more detail about the chemo protocols.  You need to register to be able to access the Profession version.
