I was watching this video yesterday  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q14gNVXQAs4

And was wondering about what she says around the 5:10 minute.  She says if you have your Axilla Lymph nodes you can do your massage up into the armpit.

If you had the Axilla removed you move it down to the Inguinal lymph nodes.  So If I had 1 Sentinal node removed...Do I move up or down?
