My sister phoned me and said that she is considering HRT . I let her know my BC was hormone +. Sheis worried about muscle atrophy , gaining weight from menopause. I yelled at her expressing my worries. Maybe I'm not the poster child for menopause she wants to strive for

Called her back and said I was sorry for yelling. My mom was on HRT for a long time. Neither my sister or my mother are phoning me back.

Even I was surprised at my feelings!!!

I don't blame you for for your reaction.  I would have the same.  Tell her to exercise and lift weights.  At least better than taking a chance at the odds. 

You are a good sister for yelling...and appologizing.  I hope it all works out.
