Hmmm....three months to live to DWTS. Something's fishy. Either her case was not as serious as she made it out to be, or she got a miracle treatment the world's not privvy to. Nothing against her personally....well maybe now, but I feel duped. There isn't a doctor in the world that would tell someone they had three months to live if they still had options.

She has lung cancer, mets to her brain which are responding to treatment

She "had" a lung cancer. A treatable type where surgery removes the tumor and there is no more involvement with the lung. She now has micro mets in the fluid surrounding the brain. It's not clear yet what treatment she is involved in for these mets. No one has mentioned whole brain radiation or cyber knife or chemo. She was on the Doctors recently and her medical team is investigating targeted treatment. My guess is they believe she is healthy enough for,this show to delay treatment cuz you wouldn't find me training 10-12 hours a day for a dance show on chemo.



With celebrities the public relations machine either covers up health issues or proclaims them at deaths door only to claim some miraculous cure later. It makes me just as skeptical. You don't know if they are just trying to get back on the front page to get work or if its real.



I wish her well and I hope we get some education out of it rather than fluff.
