Sour sop

Has anyone heard of or tried the fruit sour sop? I have heard a read its many benefits to beating cancer cells in place of chemo. It has been discussed on Dr Oz as well. I know there are side effects of Parkinsonian type symptoms with taking in high dose. I don't know where to buy the actual fruit/juice nor do I know if this is real and if its worth taking? Would love to hear from you all.. Does it really work?

Try the frozen food section of a large Mexican/ Latin grocery if there is one in your area. They have frozen in the ones here in Texas

I don't eat it but I know I've seen it at Fiesta and some of the other bigger Hispanic markets.

Sour Sop...you can make tea...Anyone can take it but taking or drinking too much can cause Parkinson's disease! Important to follow instructions given and can also b purchased online!

I drink the tea using dried leaves my aunt sends me from Hawaii. A lot of my family recommended I drink it. Its cancer fighting properties are known in the Philippines (where my parents are from). I really like the flavor, too. It's not bitter. I usually have 1-2 cups per day. The fruit is tasty too, but I haven't had it in a while.

A dear friend of mine recently gave me some leaves to use for the tea. He said it helped another lady with cancer. I hadn't tried it yet because I heard about the side effects.

I wonder if the graviola tincture, which is from the same plant/tree would be more effective than the fruit and/or leaves alone.
