red itchy axilla-no pallable lump

Does anyone experience redness or itchiness under their arm since mx or is it just me? It's the cancer side. I had mx and all my lymph nodes taken out a year and a half ago. Please let me know..

    I am 3 yrs out and still have itchiness.  Sometimes it's a deep itch that I can't get to and it drives me nuts, my noncancer side itches too though but I don't notice any redness.  I work in a surgery department at a hospital and the dr's tell the pt's its the nerves regenerating.
