Sounds to me that you may have lymphedema in your breast and arm.  You need a referral to a lymphedema specialist.  Post this question on the Lymphedema Forum and you will get some of the best experts helping you you'll find anywhere.

I'm 15 treatments in and my shoulder and chest wall look and feel like ground meat. The pain is fierce. Mine only started hurting about 3 treatments ago. I have 10 to go but dread every one of them. My skin is blistered and raw and red and so very freaking painful! All over the right side of my back and shoulder, and the right half of my chest...

If your breast is swollen with redness and lumps and itchiness and pain, hydrocortisone cream may help to get it to calm down. Remember to hydrate (lubriderm, Glagolitic base) often and don't scratch no matter what.

    Hope that helps.
