One month after mastectomy

My mum just had her mastectomy a month ago, and chemotherapy starts in 2 weeks. Today we noticed a lump (quite big) a bit under her collarbone on the surgery side. She actually has mets to her right hip too. so i'm here not sure which topic to post at since shes alteady been diagonsed with mets but something new popped up right before treatments.
But I'm so worried - it feels so surreal that right after removing the breast tissue it would reoccur close by...stressed.
